We had my first shower! It was SO beautiful!!! I am so grateful to my sisters Bethany and Jenna and to my mom for all the work they put into making the spread of grey and yellow goodness a smashing success. We had pizza and snacked from the heavenly candy table and played a few games and opened presents and chatted with awesome people. I felt incredibly blessed to have so many of my friends drive from far distances to spend this time with me. I felt loved and overwhelmed with generosity and can’t stop thinking about how great everything was.

I am now busy organizing the gifts all my sweet guests gave me and folding the tissue paper I saved (because I’m a packrat).
